Tile Grove Privacy Policy

Tile Grove does not require an account or login. Huskey Games does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, health data, precise GPS location, or financial payment-card details through normal gameplay.

App Usage and Gameplay Interaction

The app and its integrated analytics or advertising services may automatically process information such as app launches, game sessions, gameplay events, board progression, game-over events, feature interactions, rewarded-ad events, and other interactions with the app.

Huskey Games uses analytics events to understand how Tile Grove performs and how players interact with game features. We do not sell detailed personal gameplay profiles.

Device and Technical Information

Third-party SDKs may process information such as device identifiers, app identifiers, device type or model, operating system and version, application version, screen or device characteristics, language, connection information, and other technical device information.

Approximate Location

Advertising services may derive a coarse or approximate location, such as country or region, from information such as an IP address. Tile Grove does not request or collect precise GPS location for gameplay.

Advertising Information

Advertising SDKs may process advertisements shown, rewarded-ad views, ad interactions, whether an advertisement completed, advertising or device identifiers where available and permitted, and related ad-delivery and measurement information.

Diagnostics and Performance

Services integrated into Tile Grove may collect crash information, application launch performance, hang or performance information, SDK diagnostics, technical error information, and other diagnostic information used to maintain and improve the app and SDKs.

Purchase-Related Signals

Certain advertising providers may process purchase-related signals or purchase tendencies when such information is available to their SDKs. Tile Grove does not collect payment card numbers, banking information, or other payment credentials.

Information may be used to:

• operate and maintain Tile Grove
• understand gameplay and feature usage
• improve gameplay, balance, usability, and performance
• diagnose crashes and technical issues
• provide and measure rewarded advertising
• detect ad-delivery problems
• perform analytics
• comply with legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, and security requirements
• maintain compatibility with supported devices

Third-party advertising providers may use information to deliver and measure advertising according to their own privacy practices and applicable platform rules.

Tile Grove integrates third-party SDKs. These third parties process data under their own privacy policies. Huskey Games expects integrated service providers handling Tile Grove data to provide protections consistent with applicable privacy requirements.

Tile Grove uses optional rewarded advertising. Players may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game reward. Currently that reward is 3 Refreshes. Ad availability may vary.

Advertising providers may use device, advertising, interaction, approximate-location, and technical information to deliver and measure advertisements as permitted by the user's device settings, applicable consent choices, platform requirements, and the provider's privacy policy.

Apple provides privacy controls that affect how apps and advertising services may access advertising identifiers or engage in tracking. Tile Grove and its service providers are expected to respect applicable iOS privacy controls and consent requirements.

Tile Grove is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly request children to provide personal contact information through the game.

Huskey Games retains information under its direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating and improving the game, resolving technical issues, maintaining security, and satisfying legal obligations.

Information processed by third-party analytics and advertising providers may be retained according to those providers' respective retention policies.

Tile Grove does not require a user account, so Huskey Games may not always be able to associate analytics or advertising data with a specific individual.

Contact feedback@tilegrove.com. Data controlled independently by Firebase/Google, Unity, ironSource/LevelPlay, AdMob, or other third-party providers may also be governed by those providers' privacy controls and policies.

Users may be able to change privacy-related choices through iOS Settings, device advertising or privacy settings, consent interfaces presented by advertising providers if applicable, or by contacting Huskey Games regarding information controlled directly by Huskey Games.

If you voluntarily email support, Huskey Games may receive your email address, information included in the message, screenshots, or other material you voluntarily send. This information is provided voluntarily through the support interaction and is used to respond to the request.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under our control. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Tile Grove, its SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
